Social Media Analytics

During my 2nd year of my Master's program, I was able to be a part of the Social Media class which manages all of the Texas AdGrad social media platforms. I was on the analytics team and during the fall semester I monitored the Facebook and Instagram platforms. In the spring semester I used NUVI for social listening.
Below are a few samples of the in-class reports we use to collectively monitor each platform. Each of these are looking at all posts over a given week, then I determined the top post and compared the overall engagement on each platform to the week prior. After each weeks report, I would help determine what we could improve upon in the upcoming weeks based off the engagement breakdown.
